The RPUFF is comprised of Andrew Bard and Janet Llavina of Neo Phoenix Studios, a professional independent film company, and Ricky Dunton of Rugged Sound, a professional live event and studio recording company. Our passion for films especially shorts have driven us to create this festival to celebrate films from across the globe!

This festival is a two day event and we're very excited to be able to have the opportunity to share great works of art with the local community and beyond! Being involved in the film community the team behind this festival knows the importance and fullfillment of having your work shown. We have seen some incredible films that have truley blown us away and with this festival we hope to be a medium for the filmmakers to show their work!
