HARRISON WOODHEAD

FIRST ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Harrison is a Sydney based filmmaker whose stories are characterised by an energetic sense of fun and an often light hearted depiction of dark subject matter, as seen in the award winning Gunderwilly Road (2011) and stylistically ambitious Pandorian (2014).

Gunderwilly Road was broadly distributed to arts and film festivals including the Burning Man Festival (Aust) and won top awards in 2012, including festivals such as Comfy Shorts, West Side Shorts, and the Short Cut Film Festival. In late 2013, he released his debut feature documentary Immersion.

In high demand for his advertising work, Harrison has worked for Xorigin, Guthy-Renker, and is currently part of the award winning collective Paper Moose.
