Well, we made it. Post-production is finished and we've had our first private screening. It was a huge success and we're looking forward to the festival circuit next year. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for information. Maybe you can catch it in a city near you!
Well we're nearly there! Going into the grade and sound mix over the next 3-4 weeks and then we're done. Phew! Look for November screenings on out Facebook page.
Very exciting to see Entailment now officially in pre-production. We've created a couple of videos to support our Pozibles page so it feels like things are taking shape!
We'll be using Facebook to provide our supporters with regular updates so keep an eye out for it when it launches.
For anyone looking for a preset template for Pro Tools 10 and their old 1st Gen Axiom 49, here's mine. After a few days of trial and error with Enigma, this template should get you up and running with transport controls using MMC, channel faders 1-8 for the PT mixer (yes, the sliders work. Unbelieveable I know), channel select and record arm using the (zone/group buttons), plus the drum pads. I have assigned arbitrary MIDI CC#'s to the rotary encoders so that you can use the MIDI learn feature of your favourite RTAS plug-in's to assign your pots how you like them.
Notes: Hit the zone/group buttons twice under each slider to select and record arm the channel. You may have to slightly adjust these MIDI CC# assignments for this feature and possibly slider 9. I'm still tinkering with it and haven't quite perfected it but I will update my file soon when it's 100% sorted, but this will get you started and most of the way there.
